Insurance:

Dr. Prendes-Alvarez does not accept insurance.

She will provide patients with an invoice that they can submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement (if their plan offers such reimbursement). Individuals are encouraged to speak to their insurance company directly about their plan's out-of-network behavioral/mental health coverage.

Fees:

Fees will be discussed over the phone when scheduling the first appointment.
